  Пастырское говѣніе священнослужителей Канадской Епархіи.

  Всѣмъ настоятелямъ и священнослужителямъ Канадской Епархіи. 

  Увѣдомленіе

  Симъ увѣдомляется, что съ 8 по 10 апрѣля (по гражданскому календарю) 2024 года при храмѣ Св. Блаженной Ксеніи Петербургской въ Канатѣ, Онтарiо (Blessed St. Xenia of Petersburg Church, 2 Colchester Square, Kanata, ON K2K 2W9), подъ моимъ предсѣдательствомъ состоится ежегодное Пастырское говѣніе священнослужителей Канадской Епархіи. Участіе въ Пастырскомъ говѣніи вмѣняется въ обязанность всѣмъ священнослужителямъ Епархiи.  Въ случаѣ невозможности, по уважительной причинѣ, пріѣхать въ означенные дни въ Канату, Онт., просимъ письменно, съ указаніемъ таковыхъ причинъ, сообщить объ этомъ заблаговременно по адресу Епархіальнаго Управленія.

      По вопросамъ проживанія въ гостиницѣ, или, по возможности,  въ частныхъ домахъ прихожанъ, а также касательно транспортировки изъ аэропорта, слѣдуетъ обращаться къ настоятелю прихода Св. Блаженной Ксеніи о. протоіерею Олегу Миронову (V. Rev. Oleg Mironov, Res: (613) 818-8073 • fr.olegmironow@gmail.com) и къ секретарю Епархiальнаго Совѣта о. протоіерею Алексѣю Піявкѣ (V. Rev. Alexis Pjawka, Res: 613-828-5200, 613-316-9820 • fr.alexis@memorialchurch.ca). Напоминаемъ, что стоимость проживанія въ гостиницѣ для священнослужителей оплачивается ихъ приходами.

     Прочіе вопросы, касающіеся пріѣзда и распорядка дня, можно будетъ выяснить съ о. Алексѣемъ Пiявкой по телефону (613) 316-9820/ e-mail: fr.alexis@memorialchurch.ca, а также съ управляющимъ дѣлами  Епархіальной канцеляріи vподiакономъ  Георгіемъ  Милославскимъ по указаннымъ телефону и электронной почтѣ канцеляріи Епархіальнаго Управленія въ Монреалѣ.

  Священнослужителямъ необходимо взять съ собой черное (или фiолетовое) облаченiе.

  Ниже прилагается предварительное расписанie нашей встрѣчи въ Канатѣ.

   Понедѣльникъ, 8 апрѣля

  3:30 пополудни – съѣздъ участниковъ въ храмѣ при храмѣ Св. Блаженной Ксеніи Петербургской въ Канатѣ, Онтарiо

  4:00 – кофе, чай.

  4:30 – молитва и начало пастырской встрѣчи.

  6:00 – Великое Повeчерiе.

  7:00 – ужинъ.

  Вторникъ, 9 апрѣля

  8:45 – утреннiя молитвы.

  9:00 – завтракъ/кофе, чай.

  9:45  – продолженіе пастырской встрѣчи.

  1:30 пополудни – обѣдъ.

  3:00 – продолженiе пастырской встрѣчи.

  5:00 – правило для говѣющихъ.  

  6:00 – утреня и исповѣдь.

  8:00 – ужинъ.

  Среда, 10 апрѣля

  8:30 – Встрѣча Архіерея; Часы; Божественная Литургія Преждеосвященныхъ Даровъ Архіерейскимъ Чиномъ.

  12:00 – обѣдъ.

  1:30 пополудни – молитва и разъѣздъ.

  О подробностяхъ распорядка дня встрѣчи ея участники будутъ оповѣщены особо.

   Notice

   You are hereby informed that, between April  8 and April 10, 2024, at the Blessed St. Xenia of Petersburg Church,  (2 Colchester Square, Kanata, ON K2K 2W9) the Annual Pastoral Lenten Retreat of the Clergy of the Diocese of Canada will be held under my presidency.

  Participation in the Clergy Retreat are obligatory for all clergymen of the Diocese.  If, for some important reason, it proves impossible to travel to Kanata on the designated days, we ask that you inform us well in advance, in writing, at the address of the Diocesan Administration, detailing such reasons.

  With the questions regarding accommodation in the hotel, or, if possible, in the private homes of parishioners, as well as requests for transfer from airport, please contact V. Rev. Oleg Mironov, Res: (613) 818-8073 • fr.olegmironow@gmail.com and/or Diocesan Council Secretary V Rev. Alexis Pjawka (Res: 613-828-5200, 613-316-9820• fr.alexis@memorialchurch.ca).  We remind you that the cost of living in a hotel for the clergy should be paid by their parishes.

   All other questions regarding arrival and agenda of our meeting may be discussed with Diocesan Council Secretary V. Rev. Alexis Pjawka and/or with the administrator of the Diocesan Chancellery subdeacon Yuri G. Miloslavsky at the above phone number, and e-mail address of the chancellery of the Diocesan Administration in Montreal.   We remind our clergy that they should bring with them vestments of a lenten (black or, if you don’t have black, purple) color.
